1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the website at sentinaltech.co.za, reviewing documentation, or submitting project inquiries and quote requests to SENTINALTECH (PTY) LTD (Registration: 2025/776875/07), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws of the Republic of South Africa.

2. Scope of Services & Commercial Agreements

Information published on this website constitutes an invitation to do business and does not form a binding contract until a formalized Statement of Work (SOW), Service Level Agreement (SLA), or commercial agreement is executed in writing by authorized representatives of both parties.

3. Intellectual Property Ownership

• Client Deliverables: Upon full payment of agreed milestone fees, clients receive full ownership and title to bespoke source code, database structures, and assets created specifically under their contract.
• SentinalTech Pre-Existing IP: SENTINALTECH retains full ownership of its pre-existing core libraries, deployment scripts, design tokens, trademarks, and proprietary SaaS platforms (including AutoCater).
• Website Content: All branding marks, hexagonal ST logos, graphics, and text on sentinaltech.co.za are the copyrighted intellectual property of SENTINALTECH (PTY) LTD.

4. Client & Project Confidentiality

All project documentation, technical specifications, budget parameters, and commercial details submitted to SentinalTech through this website or direct communications are treated under strict professional confidence. SentinalTech will never disclose proprietary client information to third parties.

5. Limitation of Liability

While SentinalTech makes every reasonable effort to maintain accurate and up-to-date compliance records on this portal, website content is provided on an "as is" basis. Neither SentinalTech nor its directors shall be liable for indirect, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from web transmission failures or unauthorized third-party interference. Formal liability limitations are governed by specific client Master Services Agreements.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Gauteng Division of the High Court of South Africa (Johannesburg/Pretoria).
